TERMS & CONDITIONS

All drivers towing a sauna trailer must have a valid Class G license and have experience towing, reversing and parking a trailer. NorthernSaunaRentals.ca reserves the right to refuse any renter who does not have adequate towing experience. Rentals that are cancelled for failing to provide their own qualified driver forfeit their deposit. Minimum rental age is 21.

Daily rentals are over-night starting at 2pm on the first day and conclude at 12pm on on the last day.
In cases where a sauna is unavailable due to maintenance or repairs, NorthernSaunaRentals.ca reserves the right to switch your reservation to another sauna, reschedule your rental date, or to cancel the reservation without penalty.
Service calls are $200/hr including drive time.
Motor vehicle tickets or infractions are the responsibility of the renter.

Saunas are expected to be returned in clean condition. Sweep the floor and wipe down seats and back rests with water and mild detergent. Saunas should be wiped down to remove any dirt, debris, or other contaminants from the interior. Saunas returned in unreasonably soiled condition will be charged a $400 cleaning fee.
Hygiene
Users must wear a bathing suit while enjoying the sauna. Where ever possible, users are encouraged to place a towel on their seat. -
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable with 21 days’ notice. Less than 21 days, deposits are not refundable.
Deposits are not refundable for inclement weather; ie, lighting, high winds, heavy rains, or heavy snow. Rentals may be rescheduled without penalty for inclement weather.

Waiver of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participants hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant to hold harmless NorthernSaunaRentals.ca, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, assigns, and executors from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of NorthernSaunaRentals.ca or otherwise, including negligent operations.
Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorthernSaunaRentals.ca from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the Participant's participation in sauna rental activities, including those resulting from the negligence of NorthernSaunaRentals.ca .

Physical Fitness: Participants assert and certify that they are physically fit and sufficiently trained to handle the physical and mental requirements of sauna use. Participants acknowledge they have not been advised against using a sauna by a healthcare professional nor have they been advised to avoid high-temperature environments. Participants acknowledge that sauna’s can reach temperatures exceeding 175° Fahrenheit. Participants agree not to engage in rigorous or strenuous activities including fitness activities, workourts, exercise, sexual activity, or other activities which result in elevated heart rate.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks: Participants acknowledge that sauna use involves significant risks of physical injury and even death. These risks may arise from the Participant’s actions, the actions of others, or the uncontrolled natural environment.
Nature of the Risks: Risks may include, but are not limited to heat stroke, loss of consciousness, risk of fire, burn injuries, exposure to extreme heat, equipment failure or malfunction.
Acceptance of Risks: By participating in sauna activities, Participants voluntarily assumes all risks, both known and unknown, associated with sauna use, even if arising from the negligence of NorthernSaunaRentals.ca or others, and assume full responsibility for their participation.
